This end unit townhome located in Airdrie was purchased by my client in an effort to downsize for retirement. We re-imagined the main floor to create her dream french country kitchen, updated the railings + fireplace, and replaced all baseboards + casings to ensure everything on the main level was cohesive. She knew she wanted some of the new cabinetry to be colour matched to the ILVE gas range she treated herself to, and left the rest up to us. We incorporated dainty details through the custom hood fan corbels, profiled top mouldings, subtly curved cabinet hardware, a bead board window bench, beautiful bridge faucet + bronze farmhouse wall light, and integrated toe kick vents. All that paired with off-white upper cabinets, patterned vinyl tile floors, existing hardwood floors, an artisan backsplash, and marbled quartz countertops created a kitchen that caters to the clients style in a classic + timeless fashion.
